Communication is Key

I do believe that we need to improve our way of communication in this building. We need to be able to spend time with other grade levels ( and our own ) to discuss topics such as intervention. We all need to be using the same form of intervention. I often find that someone may be using a form of intervention that I am not familiar with. This makes it difficult for me to understand the outcome of the intervention. It would be highly beneficial if we were able to see what (if any) intervention a current student received in the past. This would also let you know when the student began to struggle and what has (or has not worked) in the past.
